Everything work, right where employees need it.
I’m Esther, a Product Designer turning complex systems into clear, expressive experiences—and increasingly building what I design.
Things I’ve spent an unreasonable amount of time thinking about.

The work, the thinking, and a little of what happens in between.
Hi, I’m Esther, a Product Designer who enjoys making complicated things feel considerably simpler.
I design SaaS products where there’s usually a lot happening under the hood — multiple roles, permissions, dependencies, edge cases, and plenty of “but what happens if...?”
I currently design and build products at Gopaddi Technologies, working across travel, workforce management, AI, and business operations.
I’m equally drawn to the expressive side of design. I love using storytelling, interaction, typography, motion, and colour to give interfaces personality — especially when designing for the web.
Lately, my work has moved beyond Figma.
I use AI-assisted development to build and experiment with what I design, closing some of the distance between an idea and the thing people actually use.
Away from the pixels, I’m probably singing, listening to music, exploring somewhere new, or enthusiastically picking up another hobby I absolutely didn’t need.
I like complicated problems, ambitious ideas, and making things that feel ridiculously simple to use.
Let’s build something good.
